What Does the following kidney Ultrasound Indicate?

My untrasound showed rt kidney measures 10.7cm. cortex mildly thin and echogenic. left kidney 9.5 and cortex mildly thin and echogenic. No evidence of stones, mass, or hydronephrosis. My creatine has been 1.3 and lately 1.9. what does all this mean to me? I am 66 years old, have had very high bp in past but now controlled and pre diabetes. Will I eventually have total kidney disease and how can I stop it? Please advise. Thank You

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in absence of clinical symptoms it is difficult to say anything because the given report does not indicates any renal disease it may be normal one unless correlated with some clinical condition, high may not be due to renal pathology hope this information helps.
